About me

TLDR

UX designer by day, cat-herding, tv loving, hiking, knitting Swiftie by night.

I have six years of experience in user experience design. Right now, I'm an in-house designer at the American Medical Association, where I focus on helping improve their portfolio of digital products. I have a Master's degree in Marketing with a concentration in Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. My vision for my design career is to find a good remote position either in an agency or a company with a diverse portfolio of digital products. So I get to work on different and unique projects with a team that I get along with.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my family consisting of my daughter, my husband, a dog, and three cats. In my free time, I love watching TV shows, particularly procedural dramas and sitcoms. I like knitting and baking. I have a habit of listening to audiobooks while I play farming sims. Also, I'm a huge Swiftie and a big fan of the Avett Brothers.
